Shipping + Returns
UK Delivery is £4.95 using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ Service. This service aims to deliver the next working day, but can take 2-3 days. FREE Next Day Delivery Shipping on all orders over £150. For all emergencies, or if you do not want to wait, we offer UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service through Royal Mail which is £7.95 (Orders must be placed before 1pm).
International Shipping using Airsure Service costs £12.50
*Due to multiple royal mail strikes in December 2022, we cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered on time. Please get in touch should you need guaranteed next day delivery.
I and I Jewellery Ltd, (i+i), products are sold in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
A signature will be required on receiving the parcel. Please ensure that the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery.
All goods must be paid for in full before we are able to dispatch them. We are unable to amend the delivery address on orders once they have been processed or dispatched.
Packaging: Your jewellery will be sent to you in a lovely i+i silk lined, velvet pouch. Some items are also in boxes/circular pots. Rest assured that your item will be packaged safely and securely.
Late and Lost Deliveries: Please contact us if your delivery has been delayed and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with Royal Mail. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 30 working days after the date of dispatch (90 days for international items) as this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
When we send items abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 7-14 working days.
Items that have not been received, but are recorded as having been delivered, frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases your item might have been delivered to a post room, or signed for by a colleague. If this happens, for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from Royal Mail. Please be aware that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

Refunds and Returns
Please let us know if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase(s). We would be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, providing the item is returned to us in the exact condition it was received: therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. Also exempt from any refund or exchanges are Bespoke or Made to Order items.
When ordering rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. Rings can be re-sized or exchanged but will be subject to a charge.
To arrange an exchange or refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
For your own protection, we recommend that you return the item using Special Delivery and insure them at the appropriate value. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, and the original postage costs will not be refunded.
Goldplating and Blackened Silver will rub off over time. We will replate items for you but there may be a charge for this service. Please email email@example.com for more information.
We will repair any item free of charge within a period of 6 months after delivery: all items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If the item is deemed faulty (not through wear and tear) and returned within 30 days you will receive a full refund. If your item is over 6 months old or we deem the item to have been damaged by the wearer there will be a charge for this service.
