What are your jewellery made of?
Most of our jewellery pieces are made in 14K solid gold, some with gemstones. A selected range of small hoop earrings are made in silver with 20-22K 3-micron gold vermeil.
Will your jewellery tarnish?
It is generally much harder to solid gold pieces to tarnish compared to gold vermeil pieces. However, gold is still a metal that requires proper care, for example, no harsh chemicals should come in contact with gold. Gold vermeil pieces can tarnish overtime if not cared for properly or simply due to environmental factors as it is plated on silver. However, with proper care, the life of gold vermeil jewellery can be prolonged significantly. Please refer to our Care page for further details on how to care for your jewellery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries that our courier service providers deliver to. If you are not sure, please contact us to inquire. We will typically reply within 1 working day.
For certain countries, customs and duties may apply, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to cover these costs. For further details, please refer to our shipping page.

How long does it take to make a piece of bespoke jewellery?
It depends on the nature of the jewellery and your requirements. As all our jewellery are hand made, it will involve a process of design, sampling and making of the final piece. Typically we would want to allow at least 12 weeks especially when it involves sourcing stones.
What is your exchange, return and refund policy?
We would be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, providing the item is returned to us in the exact condition it was received: therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. Also exempt from any refund or exchanges are Bespoke or Made to Order items. For full details on our return and refund policy, please refer to Returns and Refunds page.
Can I order an item that has been sold out?
In most cases, absolutely. Please email us to find out how long it will take to restock that particular piece.
Are the stones you use ethically sourced?
Please rest assured that all the stones are ethically sourced and hand picked by us. As a company, we are committed to caring for the environment and all our partners we work with share our values and ensure the conditions of their workers at met to excellent standards.
