Refund policy
Please let us know if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase(s). We would be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, providing the item is returned to us in the exact condition it was received: therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. Also exempt from any refund or exchanges are Bespoke or Made to Order items.
When ordering rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. Rings can be re-sized or exchanged but will be subject to a charge.
To arrange an exchange or refund please email info@iandijewellery.com quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
For your own protection, we recommend that you return the item using Special Delivery and insure them at the appropriate value. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is the customer’s responsibility, and the original postage costs will not be refunded.
